Our current Massachusetts home offers:
700 square feet of living space, on the first floor of the owner-occupied home. The owners spend most of their time on the second floor.
Private bedroom with a cable TV, electric fireplace and a queen-sized bed, private full bath with a shower, shared kitchen, dedicated guest entrance, and back deck.
Dog friendly!
10 minutes to Worcester, MA, 1 hour to Boston, 1 hour to Springfield, 35 minutes to Providence RI.
The closest dispensary is about 2 miles away.
We will donate cannabis and cannabis goodies for our guests!

I really enjoyed my time at this home. Lisa and Mike were the best hosts you could ask for. This experience was memorable. The house was immaculate, the flower and edibles were out of this world!! I had absolutely never heard of a Bud & Breakfast before last week and was recommended to stay here by a friend. Lisa and Mike were great hosts and took care of everything I could have needed. They had 2 super amazing dogs that were totally lovable, too. The house itself is on a really quiet street so it’s a great place to just smoke and unwind. And dare I say, the bed was probably more comfortable than mine! So happy with my stay and look forward to going back next time I’m in the area.

Mike and Lisa are by far the best hosts we’ve ever met! The whole experience was one of the best trips we’ve taken. The room and amenities were perfect. Lisa’s cheesecake bar edible is to die for! They led us in the right direction for food and dispensaries. We couldn’t have been happier with our trip. We can’t wait to go back many more times.

This was an awesome experience, Mike and Lisa were awesome , the doggies were awesome they love to play. This definitely beats staying in a hotel by a mile . You can’t smoke flower at a hotel or around one. The edibles were so tasty . The area was great as we went and enjoyed whale watching then stopped into Salem . Only an hour and a half drive to the coast. And the best part we felt right at home. This will be our anniversary stay for sure. And I would recommend this stay to anyone!
We went for our anniversary weekend, were very impressed with the friendliness of Mike and Lisa. They were extremely nice and the dogs were the sweetest ever! We felt very comfortable and they made us feel like we had known them for a long time (never met them before this trip). Amazing cookies and butter from Lisa, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND and hope to revisit them soon! If you are concerned it might “be wierd” staying somewhere where hosts are there dont doubt it for a second and BOOK! Amazing hosts/dogs/edibles and flower!!

For our first bud and breakfast and I can say it couldn’t have gone any better! Mike and Lisa were such amazing host and we absolutely loved playing with Jazz and Stella. Mike made it even better because it was my birthday weekend, he smoked and spoke with us about a range of things. He educated my girlfriend and I about weed in general and made our experience so amazing. Both mike and Lisa made us feel as if we were staying with friends or family rather than someone we didn’t know and we DEFINITELY will be going back in the future!

Ten out of ten would recommend to anyone. Mike and Lisa welcomed us into their home and treated us like family.
Great location! It was an easy drive in and out. We easily travel to Boston and back as if we were driving back home.
The dogs Stella and Jazz are the sweetest love bugs you could hope to meet. Can’t wait to stay again and dedicate a whole day of snuggling up with sweet Stella!
House was very clean and every thing we could need was provided. Extreamly comfortable and all TV needs met with premium channels and Netflix included. Also provides a mini fridge to keep drinks and food in.
